�� The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Operations Associate with a knack for coding and an appetite for growth. You’ll help wrangle data, streamline processes, and gradually take on more analytical and system-focused work. If you're organised, curious, and like making tech work better for people — this role could be for you.

�� What You’ll Do

• �� Help us migrate and organise data across multiple systems (yes, including SAP — your feelings are valid)
• �� Build tools to automate and streamline admin-heavy processes
• �� Convert and standardise documents at scale (PDFs, Word, Excel – you name it)
• �� Help improve our SharePoint structure and information architecture
• ⚙️ Support various tech upgrade projects
• �� Learn how the business works and spot ways to make it better

��️ Technical Skills We’re Looking For

• �� Coding ability – or a strong hunger to learn
• �� Experience with or interest in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• �� Comfort using APIs and connecting systems
• �� Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (bonus points!)
• �� Interest in using AI tools for productivity and dev support

�� Who You Are

• �� Tech-curious and love solving real-world problems with code
• �� Comfortable with Excel and data handling
• �� Detail-oriented and methodical
• �� A problem-solver who likes to figure things out
• �� Happy to work on both admin and tech challenges
• �� Able to explain technical things in a way humans understand

• �� Years of dev experience – we care more about what you can learn
