We currently have a vacancy for a Technician in Electronics
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Head of School the post-holder will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to lecturers/courses in relevant curriculum area.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in Electronics.
Demonstrate practical experience of developing electronic systems or
circuits.
Demonstrate effective organisational skills.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrate competence in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Have a minimum of 6 months industrial or professional experience in an electronic engineering role.
Demonstrate knowledge of Arduino or microprocessor systems.
