Our Technology Team

We are investing in the future with our Technology Centre of Excellence – it’s a great time to join and help shape and grow this function, as we use technology led decisions to create the bank our customers want.

These are self-formed groups of employee volunteers who come together because they are interested in a particular topic, usually related to diversity and inclusion. These groups such as the Pride Network, Womens Network, Roots Network and the Ability Network are fully supported by AIB. They create a social outlet, provide support, raise awareness, lobby for change and drive improvements on employment practices.

We take applications from all disciplines, but a lot of what we do leans towards skillsets attained from the following areas: Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or any STEM related academic background.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive Salary & Pension Benefits
  • Agile & Remote Working Opportunities
  • Good Work-life Balance
