TEES Education Program Team Lead

(Senior Instructor Grade)

SPECIFIED PURPOSE (2 YEARS) PART-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week).

Salary:€40,120 -€54,163

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

REF:

Essential:

· QQI Level 7 or higher qualification in health/social care or education.

· Knowledge of the adult education sector.

· Ability to support people on an individual and group basis and facilitate learning/education programmes.

· Full clean driving licence for manual vehicles and access to own vehicle.

Desirable:

· Experience working within the area of intellectual Disability.

· Clear understanding of a person-centred approach with a strong commitment to empowering people with intellectual disabilities.

· Have an awareness of New Directions and regulations.

· Desire to support people to access education network.

· QQI Level 6 in Train the Trainer.

· Ability to work on own initiative and be creative.
