Role Overview:

• Make outbound calls to hotels from provided lead lists
• Source and build additional lead list of hotels in an assigned area
• Call hotels directly, speak to gatekeepers with objection of speaking directly with General Managers or key decision-makers
• Introduce the company and products clearly and professionally
• Book meetings for the business owner to follow up
• Record all contact attempts and outcomes in a provided Excel Spreadsheet
• Meet or exceed contact and conversion goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident, clear telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer service (preferred)
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections (navigating past gatekeeper)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
• Interest in fashion, jewellery, or hospitality is a bonus!
