Position Title: Retail Sales Assistant

Objective: To facilitate customer acquisition of desired products through effective sales techniques, inventory management, and merchandise presentation. Responsibilities include sales execution, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities. The overarching goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, thereby contributing to the organization's expansion and revenue growth through optimized sales performance.

• Engage actively in the receipt of new shipments.
• Stay informed regarding product specifications.
• Provide precise descriptions of product features and advantages.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in retail sales.
• Fundamental understanding of sales methodologies and customer relations practices.
• Fluency in English.
• Documented history of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Approachable, supportive, self-assured, and captivating demeanor.
• Elementary administrative skills.
• Familiarity with and insight into fashion and current trends.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, including bank holidays and weekends.
• Fulfillment of additional responsibilities as required.
