Temperature Services Administrator (fixed term 12 months)

Location: Craigavon

Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 10.00-16.00 – Monday - Friday)

The Role

The post holder will be responsible for carrying out all administration duties in a timely, accurate manner and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and all relevant Standard Operating Procedures. This will include supporting the Temperature Services team with respect temperature related queries.

What we are looking for

· Have eligibility to work in the UK/IE OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK/IE

· GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English Language (at Grade A-C) OR Significant relevant experience in an administrative role

· Previous experience of working in a busy office environment, especially in relation to archiving and filing

Working Pattern

This role will be based on a flex working pattern. This means your core hours are 10.00 – 16.00 based on 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday.
