Define and govern enterprise principles for test data management and environment readiness. Ensure data and environments are stable, compliant and predictable for all test phases across PTSB and the Testing MSP.

The role does not own environments or data provisioning. Its value lies in defining standards, readiness signals, and governance that expose risk early and drive systemic improvement

Role Scope (Enterprise Test Data & Environment Governance)

Scope of this role is enterprise-wide across Group Technology and includes:

• Enterprise wide data and environment readiness standards
• Alignment with Security, Data Protection and regulatory requirements
• Governance of MSP compliance
• Cross‑platform scope across Digital, Core, Legacy and SaaS

This role is accountable for defining the standards and control framework that enable stable, compliant, and predictable testing environments, but does not own operational provisioning of infrastructure or day to day environment management.

Responsibilities:

Functional Strategy & Delivery

• Maintain compliant test data and environment readiness standards
• Ensure readiness evidence before execution
• Govern use of synthetic and masked datasets

Risk Management & Control

• Align with security, regulatory and data protection requirements
• Identify recurring environment and data related risks

Lead an Inspiring Culture

• Promote proactive readiness and quality enablement
• Foster collaboration across platforms, security, data and MSP

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with Security, Data, Platform Owners and MSP
• Support audit, risk and compliance reviews

Requirements:

Essential

• NFQ Level 6+ or equivalent engineering or data or environment experience
• Strong experience in test data management, masking and compliant data handling
• Experience defining environment readiness criteria across complex, multi system estates

This is a Permanent hybrid position, based, Dublin (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland only).
