THERAPEUTIC PRACTITIONER
The Therapeutic Practitioner will provide integrated, person-centred support to young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing housing instability alongside mental health and emotional wellbeing needs.If you could assist young people to build independence, improve their mental health and access and sustain accommodation using a holistic, trauma-informed approach, please see attached Job Description and Person specification for essential skills and knowledge required for the post and click APPLY to submit your CV.
Posts Available: x2 Full Time, Fixed Term posts until 31.03.2027 (with possibility for extension)
Location: Downpatrick OR Lisburn
Salary: £31, 510 per annum
