Therapeutic Practitioner

THERAPEUTIC PRACTITIONER 

The Therapeutic Practitioner will provide integrated, person-centred support to young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing housing instability alongside mental health and emotional wellbeing needs.

Posts Available: x2 Full Time, Fixed Term posts until 31.03.2027 (with possibility for extension) 

Location: Downpatrick OR Lisburn 

Salary: £31, 510 per annum
