THERAPY MANAGER - PHYSIOTHERAPY
EAST LIMERICK CHILDREN’S SERVICES, LIMERICK
TEMPORARY PART-TIME (12 MONTHS) CONTRACT (17.5 Hours Per Week).
Salary: €63,912 -€75,254
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:
· Professional Physiotherapy Qualification from a recognized third level institution
· Current registration with CORU (Health and Social Care Professionals Council)
· Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in physiotherapy work with significant paediatric/children’s disability experience
· Proven management or leadership experience in healthcare or disability services
· Strong knowledge of children’s disability services, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team working
· Full Drivers Licence and use of own car
· Permit to work in Ireland
· Be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
· Have an organisational commitment to lead through the Avista Core Values and vision.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· The ability to successfully manage deadlines and teams.
· A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
· Experience in providing Clinical Supervision
Desirable:
· Postgraduate qualification in management, leadership
· Experience working within Children’s Disability Network Teams or similar integrated service models
· Knowledge of Policies and Procedures related to children’s disability services
· Experience in quality improvement initiatives and clinical pathway development
