What is the Role:
The Planning, Performance & Engagement team (PP&E) within Enterprise Delivery has a key role in enabling the Bank’s strategy by driving transparency, consistency, and accountability across all Enterprise Delivery functions. Reporting to the Head of Third Party and Supplier Management, this Level 3 role is crucial in ensuring accountable and business owners within Enterprise Delivery are compliant with AIB’s third party and supplier relationship management policies and standards and third-party management regulatory obligations.
The role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity for the successful candidate who wants to work in a dynamic workplace environment with a real opportunity to positively influence the direction and outcome of AIB initiatives, through best-in-class design thinking and practices.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team that supports the Head of Third Party and Supplier Management in the execution of their role and will work with key stakeholders across Enterprise Delivery to achieve their Third-Party Management obligations.
Key accountabilities.
- Support the Head of Third Party and Supplier Relationship with regards to Enterprise Delivery SRM & TPM obligations.
- Ensure Enterprise Delivery adherence to AIB’s SRM & TPM policies and standards.
- Support the development of key frameworks and processes that integrate Group, Enterprise Delivery and Partner needs by driving consistent application of SRM & TPM policies and standards across the Enterprise Delivery teams.
- Support the Head of Third Party and Supplier Relationship to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and support the ongoing management of the Enterprise Delivery partner eco-system.
- Support the accountable owners SRM & TPM obligations by navigating them through AIB’s SRM & TPM process.
- Support partner accountable and business owners by preparing and presenting monthly SRM & TPM reporting for the respective areas within Enterprise Delivery.
- Support Audit requirements.
- Support the development of the SRM & TPM delivery across Enterprise Delivery.
What you will Bring.
- Build close, constructive relationships with all stakeholders within the Business, and Partner organisations.
- Someone who is process focused and has proven experience managing processes end-end.
- Understands technology landscapes and how technology can enable AIB deliver for our customers.
- Work with key stakeholders within the Enterprise Delivery management teams, the TPM & SRM teams and Strategic Sourcing to ensure Enterprise Delivery meet our obligations with regards to the TPM, Strategic Sourcing & SRM policies.
- Ensure effective risk management across PP&E. Ensuring a framework for risk assessment, risk decision making, and implementation of risk controls is in place so that the risk profile for PP&E is fully understood and under management.
- Experience responding to Internal and External Audit and Compliance teams in a professional manner, ensuring accurate, clear and concise responses.
