Ticketing Crew

Ticketing Crew are vital in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service for our visitors. As well as ensuring our guests have all their ticketing needs met the Crew are responsible for providing accurate and up to date information relating to the Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic and act as an ambassador for tourism in Northern Ireland. They must ensure high standards and efficiency of work, whilst maintaining strict financial controls and accuracy.Crew will also support the Customer Engagement Officer by appropriately managing Titanic Belfast’s visitor, client and group booking requests, queries, complaints and comments via phone, email, and live online chat, whilst always maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service when required.

As a full time, member of the ticketing team this role will primarily be responsible for greeting our guests as they arrive to the centre in a warm, friendly and polite manner and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of customer service. The main responsibility of this role is to serve guests as they arrive, accessing their needs and requirements and ensuring they receive the appropriate ticket, receive excellent customer service, and leave the Visitor Reception with all relevant information they need to have an excellent visit. In addition to this this role will also support the Customer Engagement Officer offering support in dealing with any inbound telephone, email or live chat enquires when needed.
