The Ticketing Team Leader forms part of the Visitor Reception Management Team and will ensure the smooth operation of the Visitor Reception Department at Titanic Belfast. Visitor Reception crew are vital in the welcoming of our visitors and ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent customer service. As well as ensuring our guests have all their ticketing needs met, the crew are responsible for providing accurate and up to date information relating to the Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic, and act as an ambassador for tourism in Northern Ireland. The Ticketing Team Leader will drive the team to deliver this, while ensuring high standards and efficiency of work and maintaining strict financial controls and accuracy.

The Ticketing Team Leader will also support the Customer Engagement Officer by appropriately managing Titanic Belfast’s visitor, client and group booking requests, queries, complaints and comments via phone, email, and live online chat, whilst always maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service when required.
