Description
The role of a Junior is to provide support to the wider team by completing routine tasks. They will provide support to clients, as well as with other team members, ensure that all work is completed to a high standard whilst also promoting the Xeinadin vision and values. The Junior will provide support on a wide range of accounting services, including audit engagements, tax returns and management accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting more senior colleagues in liaising with clients to gather information and communicate with clients on routine matters, such as:
Providing assistance on audit engagements
Preparing sole trader, partnership and Ltd company accounts
Preparing corporation tax returns
Preparing VAT returns
Preparing management accounts
Attending client premises
Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
Participate in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client.
Represent the firm internally and externally a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.

Key Requirements
Entry level role Working towards AAT/ACA/ACCA or IATI desirable
Expectation to achieve at least a 2.1 in accountancy or business-related degree
Minimum of 420 points at Leaving cert level
