Trainee Aftersales Advisor

The ideal person will have/be: Communication:

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Drive & Organisation: A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with good organisational skills.
• Experience: 1 years experience in a Customer Service role.
• Qualifications: GCSE level or equivalent minimum grade C in Maths and English.
• IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Programmes with experience in CRM database desirable.
