Trainee and Experienced Travel Agent

An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee and Experienced Travel Agent at Abbey Travel Killarney, Naas & Swords, one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Travel Management Services to our client base.
• Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail, and other services.
• Conversing with your client by phone and email.
• Seek feedback from your client to continuously improve the service.

The IDeal Candidate:

• Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus.
• At least 18 months experience in travel, selling package holidays.
• Passion for Travel.
• A strong client focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good organisational skills.
• An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
• A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
