About the role

The Trainee Business Development Executive Programme offers you the opportunity to develop your career, as well as the chance to "earn while you learn".

Person Specification:This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication.

The role involves determining a customer's needs and being able to offer advice, guidance and product knowledge. It is, therefore, important that you are comfortable interacting and quickly building rapport with existing and new customers and also with your colleagues.

A full driving licence is essential for this role.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties discussed and directed by the line manager.

The company reserves the right to expand the short listing criteria to facilitate the short listing process.

Required criteria

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions)

Desired criteria

  • At least 2 A Levels or equivalent qualification
