Trainee General Operative

Overview: 

We are currently seeking a Trainee General Operative to join our team at Kinnegad, Co. WestmeathAs a Trainee General Operative you will be responsible for general operations, the facilitation of production plan and to ensure safe operations of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to and promote the highest level of safety standards.
• Assist the safety coordinator and plant management on safety issues
• Uphold the values/Culture of business
• Carry out inspections.
• General labourer duties.
• Drive loading shovels, forklifts, teleporter and other mobile equipment.
• Look after the upkeep of all fuel dosing systems on site.
• Clear blockages/clean spillages
• Assist in dealing with breakdowns.
• Implement production plan, in line with company requirements and in accordance with company policy.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as necessitated by your function.
