Trainee Retail Manager

McNamees Londis Miltown Malbay is a local neighbourhood store who is currently looking for a full time trainee retail manager who will lead its team to ensure the smooth running of its shop and to maintain a high standard of customer care.

The role involves the training and development of staff on checkout, butcher and deli procedures and customer care, dealing with staff rosters and performance, as well as ensuring that our customers receive the most efficient and courteous service at all times.

As part of the management team, the ideal candidate should be very customer focused, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have good organisational skills and bring new ideas to grow the business.

Previous retail experience is essential with the ideal candidate having supervisory or management experience.
