Trainee Sales Administrator
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and support our day-to-day sales operations in Monaghan Town.
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:00pm
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly, helping customers with queries, and supporting our sales team.
If you’re organised, enjoy working with people, and like getting things done, we’d love to hear from you.
No extensive experience in sales administration is required. If you’ve worked in a customer-facing or admin role and are willing to learn, we’ll provide support and training.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing orders via email and phone
- Checking order and invoice details for accuracy
- Helping customers with queries and following up on missing information
- Working with our logistics team to ensure deliveries run on time
- Keeping customer and sales records up to date
- Learn about our products and help the customer order what they need
What we’re looking for:
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues
- Basic IT skills (Excel and general systems)
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines
- Work alone and part of a team
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in a similar admin or customer service role
- Familiarity with CRM systems
