Training And Wellbeing Officer

We are looking for a proactive and organised Training and Wellbeing Officer to lead learning and wellbeing initiatives across NILGOSC. As Training and Wellbeing Officer, you will:
- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of training and development for staff across the organisation.
- Coordinate and deliver induction training, complete training needs analysis, develop learning resources and training records.
- Manage training and wellbeing budgets and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives through analysis and reporting.
- Develop and deliver an ongoing wellbeing programme that promotes health, inclusion and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with managers, staff, wellbeing volunteers and external providers to support organisational development and employee wellbeing.
- Maintain training and wellbeing resources on the staff intranet and contribute to continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
- Five GCSEs (Grade C or above, or equivalent), including English Language.
- A level 3 qualification (or higher) in a relevant area such as a business-related subject, HR, Learning & Development, Training, Health or Wellbeing.
- At least two years' experience in an administrative environment: developing training plans or learning solutions; delivering workplace or in-house training; sourcing and coordinating training activities; and maintaining training records.
- Experience of, or a strong interest in, promoting staff wellbeing, wellbeing initiatives or workplace wellbeing programmes.
