Training & Compliance Coordinator

Reporting to the Business Services Manager the successful Training & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing all training and compliance activities across the Facilities Management (FM) and Project Delivery (PD) teams.

This role ensures that each function within the E&PS (Engineering & Property Services) organisation has a defined, compliant, role‑appropriate training curriculum.

The Training & Compliance Coordinator will deliver training, manage curricula, oversee compliance metrics, and support audit readiness across the FM/PD organisation. Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or engineering environments is a significant advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in training, compliance, quality or operations within a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, EHS, QMS and training documentation standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training content.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and training platforms (e.g., ComplianceWire).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain training curricula for all roles within FM and PD.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, corporate, site and E&PS training standards.
  • Maintain training matrices, learning paths, competency frameworks, and controlled learning documentation.
  • Partner with SMEs, E&PS COE, Quality, and EHS to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Deliver training directly where required and coordinate SME‑led technical learning.
  • Manage scheduling, tracking, and closure of mandatory and role‑specific training.
  • Support onboarding of new FM/PD employees to ensure timely completion of required learning.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report training compliance metrics for FM/PD teams.
  • Act as point‑of‑contact for all training‑related audit and inspection queries.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions related to training and documentation gaps.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise training processes and documentation.
