Training Coordinator

Training Coordinator – 12 -onth Contract – Remote in Ireland

In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for training and marcom agencies. This role is multifaceted, with a key emphasis on the coordination and management of customer-focused training agencies operating within both the consumer and commercial OEM client segments.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Coordinate customer training agencies
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to define content and training needs and topics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that necessary content and sales enablement material is provided to agencies, including overseeing localization and content relevance
• Define and implement meaningful KPI and ROI tracking metrics for trainings with stakeholder and the related agencies
• Track, report and improve program effectiveness on a regular basis
• Manage operational effectiveness according to goals, budgets, and resources

What does the ideal candidate look like?

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in retail field training ideally within Consumer electronics retail industry and a thorough understanding of PC technology is highly sought after.

Demonstrated ability to clearly present performance metrics in executive summary format and suggest performance / operating improvements to budget stakeholders.

Comfort with ambiguous situations and flexibility to change course based on new information or shifting business needs, along with demonstrated strong attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.

Please note that this position will involve travel to locations across EMEA.
