Transformation Change Manager
This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract, full time 35 hour week, based in the CRC Clontarf.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Transformation Change Manager to lead and support change initiatives critical to the successful execution of the CRC’s new strategic direction.
This role will be instrumental in translating high-level strategic priorities into actionable change strategies that enable the delivery of key service outcomes.
The ideal candidate will champion change, build alignment, and foster resilience across the organisation as we implement new ways of working, operating models, technologies, and cultural shifts aligned to our future vision.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Organisational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Project or Change Management certification is desirable.
- Experience managing change in complex transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional project teams and dynamic organisational settings.
- Possess a solid blend of computer literacy, program knowledge, and technical adaptability to support effective change initiatives in digital, organisational, and operational transformations (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, data & reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), change management & communication tools).
- Exposure to digital transformation, new operating models, or enterprise technology rollouts.
- Understanding of the health/disability sector with the ability to connect transformation work to improving access and service deliver.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.

Department of Health Salary Scale applies, Clerical Officer Grade VIII (0655) (Current pay scale €81,444 - €98,231)
