Auto req ID: 250532BR Job Description PepsiCo’s Global Cash Operations Team has an opening for a highly qualified and motivated Treasury Manager. The candidate will act as a key point of contact to oversee the activities of the Europe Cash Operations team including management of the global cash pools and netting centre, regular reporting on Cash, Investment and Debt levels, system administration of bank platforms, supporting periodic accounting closes. You will join a global team that is looking to leverage the latest Treasury system technology / FinTech solutions to ensure the automation of Treasury cash operations. The candidate will need to develop strong relationships with the country, region and sector finance teams as well as corporate functions to ensure success. The Global Cash Operations Team within Corporate Treasury at PepsiCo, Inc. (“PEP”) plays a leading role in ensuring that that all PEP banking activity is effectively managed with a key focus on a strong control environment. The Global Cash Operations Team works closely with the sector and corporate functions to support this. This position reports to the VP & Assistant Treasurer, Global Cash Operations and Pensions with responsibilities including but not limited to: Oversight for the daily activity across the global cash pool structure including the completion of the daily investment position. Ensure the accurate processing of all payment activity received by the Europe Cash Operations team Monitoring of Cash, Investment and Debt reporting for Senior Treasury management review Ensure effective monthly processing of Global Netting Centre Support the accurate reconciliation of bank activity and completion of periodic close process for Corporate entities via the Treasury Management System Ensure successful execution of movements relating to M&A activity. Monitoring of bank balances in line with Treasury policy Support System Administration for banking platforms Ensure all activities undertaken comply with SOX and Operational controls Candidates will also have the opportunity to rotate roles within PepsiCo’s broader Treasury team over time providing the opportunity to build skills and capabilities and become a well-rounded finance professional. PepsiCo’s Treasury team is responsible for: Capital market activities, including funding, investments, banking relationships, credit rating agency management and shareholder returns at the Corporate level Supporting our global businesses on all Treasury aspects, including cash management, funding and liquidity management Managing and hedging PepsiCo’s financial risks (e.g., FX, commodities, interest rate, etc.) Pension investment and liability management PepsiCo’s global insurance and risk management programs Qualifications/Requirements Essential Criteria Bachelor’s Degree 6+ years of experience in treasury / banking, in relation to cash management. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Professional Accountancy Qualification preferred Experience working with Treasury Management Systems and electronic banking platforms Strong accounting and finance skills Demonstrated track record of project implementation FinTech related project skills High level of accuracy, numerical ability and agility, strong attention to detail Accustomed to working on own initiative and adhering to strict deadlines Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) Working knowledge of/exposure to Internal Controls and SOX regulations Ability to effectively communicate and advise senior leaders Bank relationship management.
