Northern Ireland Screen intends to run a Training Scheme called Ulster-Scots New Entrant Production Trainee Scheme. The programme will provide a training opportunity for two people working on USBF projects.
The Ulster-Scots New Entrant Production Trainee Scheme is a paid placement scheme (RLW) and placements will start from May 2026 - May 2027. The participants will gain experience working on USBF funded projects. Placements will rotate every 3-4 months with a different production company. An initial induction training bootcamp (5 days) will take place before the successful candidate is placed with their first production company working on USBF projects.
