The Role

A Validation Technical Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring that activities within the validation lifecycle of all GMP systems requiring validation are met. The post holder will ensure that the validation status of systems, equipment, facilities and associated software is maintained in accordance with cGMP and other regulatory standards at all times. The role will require a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and quality assurance. This role combines technical acumen with leadership, guiding validation projects from conception to completion, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

Key Requirements

Essential Criteria

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a Scientific, Technical or Engineering related discipline. OR Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications.

· Significant experience in validation / qualification of production equipment or utilities.

· Experience of having direct reports and leading/ developing members of team.

· Compilation and execution of test scripts and understanding of technical documentation.

· Able to demonstrate previous experience that timelines, deliverables and quality standards have been met.

· Substantial experience of performing and supporting Quality Risk Assessments.

· Substantial experience of managing a change control process
