VIII Disability Day Service Manager

Applicants must demonstrate all of the Critetria listed below:

· Significant experience of working in Disability Service include day services for adults with disabilities.

· Significant operational experience in managing and / or delivering a complex service within the area of health or social care that has involved budget planning and resource management.

· Experience of delivering change in a complex environment, as relevant to the role.

· Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to the role.

· Experience in team management and development.

· The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.

Post Specific Criteria

· Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in the Disability sector or other relevant sectors as relevant to the role.

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of service delivery within a healthcare setting as relevant to the role.
