What you will do
As Coordinator, you are the point of contact between our engineers and customers. You are responsible for the day-to-day operational activity of the warehouse in support of our engineer’s needs & the customer’s requirements. This can include ordering supplies, managing vendors, organising deliveries, preparing quotes for repairs & other general administrative tasks. You will maintain customer confidence by keeping information strictly confidential regarding premise security and operational information.
How you will do it
- Report to the Operations Manager and work on a defined scope of activity.
- Loading/unloading deliveries- Forklift License required.
- Procurement of stock & spare parts to maintain warehouse stock levels.
- Sort material into stock & complete monthly stock takes.
- General housekeeping & administration duties across the operational team.
- Maintain & update internal systems & excel worksheets.
- Liaise with vendors to price remedial works.
- Prepare customer quotations for spare parts
- Ensure critical equipment is sent for calibration & returned within correct timeframe
What we look for
Required
- Someone who is organised & can prioritise tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite & with internal tracking systems
- Forklift Licence- Counterbalance & high-reach
- Excellent communication skills both verbally (over the phone) & written (forms & document writing)
- Ability to work independently & also as part of a wider team
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience building & maintaining relationships with Clients, Engineers, Venders etc
Preferred
- Manual handling cert
- Ability to work at hight (training can be provided)
- Previous experience in an administration role is desired
