Medguard Healthcare is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities include:

• Order Fulfilment in compliance with Medguard Healthcare’s SOPs and GDP guidelines.
• Monitor picking tickets and liaise with warehouse and customer service teams on order issues.
• Communicate delivery or quality issues with the sales team.
• Investigate delivery or stock shortages and escalate concerns as needed.
• Track shipments, manage courier communications and provide Proof of Delivery (POD) as required.
• Arrange supplier returns and process goods inwards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Understanding of GDP guidelines is a plus
