About the role

The Warehouse Logistics Manager will ensure the smooth management of the warehouse operation, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, people KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.

Direct responsibility for the warehouse, stock and facilities teams with a support and deputy role for transport and the depot manager as required.

About you

• Experience in a management role within a fast moving and changing work environment such as FMCG or logistics
• Multifunctional management experience in a split shift environment
• Experienced in managing, developing, and inspiring small and large teams
• Experienced in high volume output to tight specifications

Education & Qualifications

• Management Qualification – desirable
• IOSH Managing Safely – desirable
• Proficient in MS Office Suite – essential
• TM CPC – desirable
