Store-All Logistics are Hiring a Warehouse Manager!

Are you a strong leader with a keen eye for operations and a passion for delivering excellence from the warehouse floor up? We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team and help drive our operations forward!

This is a key role within Store-All’s Management Team, where you’ll oversee a busy multi-site warehouse, collaborate with colleagues across the business, and make sure we’re delivering a first-class service to all our clients.

Your responsibilities will range from managing daily operations and resources, to developing your team, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for improvement across all aspects of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage all operational and procedural activities in your division

• Develop strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and clients

• Provide robust leadership, clear direction and support to all team members

• Identify and implement process improvements and innovations

• Ensure health and safety, stock control and facilities are maintained to a high standard

• Prepare reports, track performance and use data to drive decisions

Who we’re looking for:

• Warehouse management experience desirable but not essential

• Ability to anticipate and solve problems, proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing people

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to innovate and implement process improvements

• IT proficient, comfortable using Microsoft 365 and Warehouse Management Systems
