Are you passionate about maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Leixlip. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! What will you be doing?

• Maintain continuous focus on Employee Welfare with specific emphasis on Health & Safety and Housekeeping.
• Supervise and organize the daily activities of the warehouse to meet the highest level of customer service and required service levels.
• Liaise with customers on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
• Mentor and coach the team to ensure full performance potential.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPIs as required.

Qualifications

About You:

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a warehouse setting.
• Proficient in the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Physical fitness is essential for packing and loading responsibilities.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and pick rates.
• Desirable skills include proficiency in PC usage and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, such as SAP.
• Dependable and reliable in fulfilling responsibilities.
• Possesses a good command of the English language, encompassing spoken, written, and reading skills.
