About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our Kerry Dairy Ireland Team in Clash, Tralee, County Kerry.

Hours of work are 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime available.

As a Warehouse Operative we will help with warehouse operations, and you will need to use forklift. We will provide training to a good candidate if needed. Any previous experience as a Storeman, Stores Team Member, Warehouse Operative, Forklift Driver will be advantageous.

What will I be doing?

Responsibilities of a warehouse operative include:

• Ensuring that all materials are inspected prior to loading.

• Loading and unloading materials.

• Managing stock.

• Recording stock changes in SAP.

• Forklift Driving

• Maintaining warehouse tidy and safe.

• Ensuring compliance to Kerry Health, Quality, Safety & Environment Policy

What do I need to be successful?

Qualifications & Skills​

A third level qualification is desirable, but not essential.​

A Leaving Certificate qualification is required.​

​Job Requirements:​

Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.​

Knowledge of the plant processes and products.​

Operate a Clean as you go policy.​

Willing to learn Good Manufacturing Practices.​

Be organized, systematic and should possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.​

Strong attention to detail.​

Ability to be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing demands.​
