Warehouse Operative

At GXO logistics, we’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced and growing team in Lisburn. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customer, Coca-Cola, ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and delivered to the highest standards.

You will be working in a 3-week rotating working pattern, working between Sunday 23:00 to Friday 23:00:

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Accurately picking customer orders to meet operational targets
• Safely operating a Power Pallet Truck (PPT) and using a voice-picking headset
• Replenishing stock, including stock rotation and pallet top-ups
• Completing administrative tasks using warehouse management systems
• Maintaining high level of accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail
• Following all health, safety, and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous warehouse picking experience with a good understanding of inventory and stock processes
• Experience operating MHE equipment is desirable
• A strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• A positive, safety-focused attitude with the drive to achieve high standards of performance and productivity
