What you'll do

• Checking of incoming returns from the stores
• Two different shifts available: Day shift; 7am-4pm & Night shift; 4pm-2am
• Keep our distribution centre clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently
• Emptying waste disposal sites throughout the warehouse
• Sorting and processing recyclables and auxiliary materials
• Always maintain health and safety standards

What you'll need

• Comfortable with operating moving equipment 
• A flexible can-do attitude 
• Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment 
• A good team player
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

What you'll receive

Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl

• €14.80 rising to €16.90 per hour over 4 years
• Additional supplements paid depending on the days & hours worked
• 25% additional pay for any unsocial hours worked
• 50% supplement for any hours worked over 39 hours
• 50% supplement working on a Sunday
• 75% supplement working unsocial hours in conjunction with working over 39 hours or on a Sunday
• 100% supplement working on a bank holiday
• 20 days holidays per annum pro rata

• €18.50 (Unsocial Hours)
• €22.20 (Overtime/Sundays)

Year 2

• Basic Rate €15.35
• €19.19 (Unsocial Hours)
• €23.03 (Overtime/Sundays)

Year 3

• Basic Rate €15.90
• €19.88 (Unsocial Hours)
• €23.85 (Overtime/Sundays)

Year 4

• Basic Rate €16.90
• €21.13 (Unsocial Hours)
• €25.35 (Overtime/Sundays)
