Warehouse Operator

At DSV, your work helps keep some of the world's most advanced supply chains moving. We are looking for an Infab Logistics Operative to join our team in Leixlip, supporting logistics operations within a high-tech manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. You will play a key role in ensuring materials are received, tracked, moved, and delivered efficiently while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

The position requires working within a customer cleanroom environment for the majority of the shift, supporting critical operations through effective inventory management and material handling.

What you'll do

• Receive and process deliveries arriving from off-site warehouses

• Track and manage inventory using internal systems and material trackers

• Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement activities

• Coordinate material requests and ensure timely delivery to engineers and operational teams

• Resolve delivery discrepancies with warehouse teams to minimise operational delays

• Process returns from customer facilities back to off-site warehouses

• Ensure materials are correctly packed, labelled, documented, and transferred

• Maintain high housekeeping standards across docks, elevators, vestibules, and laydown areas

• Support transportation scheduling and dock activities when required

• Handle valuable and sensitive equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records and inventory integrity at all times

• Work independently and collaboratively to meet operational targets and customer expectations

What we're looking for

• 1 to 2 years' experience in logistics, warehouse, or operational environments

• Experience within a manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or similar controlled environment is beneficial but not essential

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience using pallet jacks, carts, or material handling equipment is advantageous

• Dangerous Goods experience is beneficial

• Experience working in a cleanroom, laboratory, or highly regulated environment is desirable

• SAP knowledge is advantageous

• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and other PC-based systems
