Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfilment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and forklift drivers.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
• Liaise with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow.
• Prepare reports on productivity, stock levels, and operational issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with WMS and basic IT systems.
• Forklift license - essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
