We are currently looking for Warehouse Technicians (Career Change or Experienced) to join our team, and we would love to hear from you if you are interested. We are searching for candidates who are passionate and can quickly assimilate into the strong team we currently have in place.

What you will be doing:

A Warehouse Technician (Career Change or Experienced) supports the manufacture of quality biomedicines in accordance with cGMP and EHS requirements. Reporting to the Team Leader, these positions are responsible for day-to-day activities within the Warehouse & Weigh and Dispense department, including but not limited to:

• Adhering to all JSI EH&S guidelines and cGMP policies and procedures.
• Working assigned shift patterns to meet business needs and Operations schedule.
• Using MES and SAP to execute processing steps.
• Picking and replenishing products and materials for manufacturing suites.
• Receiving raw materials & DPC, labeling, forklift driving, operating very narrow aisle forklifts, and other requirements.
• Supporting shipping schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Weighing & dispensing raw materials per approved operating procedures.
• Completing routine environmental monitoring activities.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the Operations facility.
• Performing first-line maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Supporting commissioning and qualification activities.

There are four specific areas within the Warehouse team, and each area (as assigned) has individual responsibilities and requirements: Receiving, Replenishment, Shipping, and Weigh & Dispense.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from you if you have the following essential requirements:

• Leaving Cert combined with appropriate GMP experience or transferable experience.
• Ability to adhere to batch records, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Understanding of the requirements of cGMP and the rationale behind tasks being performed.

Desirable:

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP / MES or other business systems.
• Warehouse/Operations experience within a GMP environment.
• Warehouse/Operations experience within a Life Sciences or Biopharmaceutical environment.
