Maxi Zoo Ireland are currently recruiting for a Part Time Webstore Fulfilment Assistant for our Finglas store.

What you will bring:

  • Flexibility to work across the week and need to be available to work mornings, evenings,, weekends and national public holidays
  • Strong communication skills and open behaviour towards customers
  • Friendly and personable demeanour
  • Passion for animals
  • Previous experience in similar environment is desirable

What you will do:

  • Order Fulfilment -Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders, ensuring all items are correct, in perfect condition, and ready for timely dispatch.
  • Customer Satisfaction - Support an exceptional online shopping experience by maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, helping ensure customers receive their orders promptly and as expected.
  • Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels while picking orders, and assist in maintaining organised storage areas to ensure product availability for online customers.
  • Quality & Brand Standards - Handle products with care, uphold company standards, and ensure packaging reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and customer trust.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with store and fulfilment teams to meet daily targets and resolve any order-related issues quickly and effectively.
  • Personal Development - Take ownership of your growth by engaging in training and development opportunities in consultation with your manager.
