WGH Clinical Midwife Manager, Maternity & Gynaecology Services

As a member of the senior midwifery leadership team, the Clinical Midwife Manager 3 Maternity & Gynaecology Services will work within a multidisciplinary team in the provision of a safe, effective, high-quality midwifery and nursing care to women, babies and their families. Key working relationships will include Director of Midwifery, Assistant Director of Midwifery, CMM3’s, CMM2’s, CMM1’s CMS’s Midwives, Nurses, Health Care Assistants and obstetric team.

The CMM3 will provide professional / clinical leadership in the designated area(s) of responsibility.

Will oversee the management of resources including staffing and staff development.

Facilitate communication across the healthcare teams and contribute to the service development agenda pertaining to the maternity and gynaecology department
