WGH Clinical Midwife Manager Skills Facilitator

The primary purpose of the post of the Clinical Skills Facilitator is to provide clinical support, education and instruction to midwives, nurses, student nurses and student midwives and studentnurses in developing skills and competencies in order to fulfil their roles and responsibilities.

A key element of this post is the clinical credibility of the post holder. It is envisaged that the post holder will be acknowledged as an excellent resource to professionals within the Multi-Disciplinary Team and Unit.
