WGH Clinical Nurse Manager, Surgical Streaming Unit

The post of CNM 2 Surgical Streaming Unit has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area. The main responsibilities are quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and professional /clinical leadership.

The CNM2 key working relationships span multidisciplinary clinical teams, operational management, and patient support networks to ensure rapid patient flow and high standards of care in the SSU.

The post holder will report to the CNM3 and onwards to the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing and be accountable to the Director of Nursing
