Wexford General Hospital are currently recruiting for a Grade V Medical Manpower

The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-boarding of Consultant and Non-Consultant Hospital Doctors (NCHDs) as appropriate. The post holder will ensure that all recruitment documentation and processes are completed in line with CPSA guidelines. There will also be a requirement to process payroll documentation and have a working knowledge of payroll processes directly relating to medical staffing.

The post holder will be involved in any audits that may occur relating to medical staffing as directed by the Senior Staff Officer and/or Head of HR.

There may be supervisory duties assigned to the role. The post holder will work closely with the Senior Staff Officer on all medical manpower matters, providing specialist support as required.

The post holder will deputise for the Senior Staff Officer in Medical Manpower in his/her absence in matters relating to emergency medical staffing cover to ensure patient safety.

The post requires daily communications with all relevant stakeholders to the role e.g. Consultants, NCHDs, etc.
