The Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Apprentice Furniture Sprayer / Finisher to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn a highly skilled and specialised trade in a hands-on workshop environment, working alongside experienced craftspeople.

During the apprenticeship, you will learn:

Surface Preparation: Inspecting, sanding, de-nibbing, stripping and repairing timber and manufactured boards.

Material Selection & Mixing: Safely measuring, mixing and colour-matching paints, lacquers, stains, primers and polyurethanes.

Spray Application: Developing professional spray techniques using specialist equipment in a dedicated extraction booth.

Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning, maintaining and servicing spray guns, lines, pumps and booth equipment.

Quality Control: Inspecting finished work under optimal lighting and identifying common paint and finish defects.

Candidate Profile

No previous spraying or finishing experience is required, as full training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
