Your Role at a Glance:

As Workshop Controller, you'll be the engine that keeps our service department running smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

• Workshop Coordination – Manage workflow between technicians and the service team to maximise efficiency and quality.

• Scheduling & Bookings – Organise workshop appointments and keep diaries on track.

• Standards & Safety – Maintain a clean, safe, and fully equipped workshop environment.

• Vehicle Handover – Oversee the final preparation and quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers.

• Test Drives – Conduct test drives as needed to confirm all repairs meet our high standards.

• Waste Management – Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in line with safety and environmental guidelines.

• Customer Focus – Contribute to a premium customer experience through clear communication and timely service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• A full, clean driving licence

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Ability to stay calm under pressure with strong attention to detail

• Mechanical knowledge or workshop experience is an advantage, but not essential
