As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Yard Operative to join our team in Monaghan. The Role

As Yard Operative, you will support the day-to-day operation of the yard, ensuring that materials are handled, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. You will play an important role in maintaining high standards of housekeeping, stock control and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and offloading materials safely and efficiently.
• Checking incoming deliveries and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting with the receipt, storage and organisation of materials within the yard.
• Supporting stock management activities, including stock checks and taking responsibility for accurate stock records where required.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and ensuring the yard remains clean, organised and safe.
• Handling construction materials in accordance with safe working practices.
• Working collaboratively with yard manager and colleagues to support the smooth running of daily operations.
• Following all company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Undertaking other reasonable duties as required to support the wider operation.
