Job Background
Ashton Community Trust wishes to engage an assistant youth support worker to deliver key aspects of New Lodge Youth Centre’s programme, working directly with young people to facilitate their personal, social, and educational development, and to enable them to gain a voice, influence and place in society. The Assistant Youth Support Worker will support the facilitation of a wide range of youth work activities with children and young people from across the North Belfast area including mentoring support, detached/ outreach provision, group work facilitation, Youth Centre drop-in facilitation, residential based activity, outdoor activities, accredited training facilitation.
