BUTE Senior Technician Demonstrator
The introduction of a Senior technician into the Faculty of Building Technology and Engineering, will promote sustained skills development for learners, create additional opportunities for staff to reskill and upskill and to provide more efficient and effective reporting systems and processes. This role will provide assistance, technical and administrative support to the BUTE Operations Managers and related services, ensuring that the faculty curriculum and resources are maintained to a high standard to meet the needs of students and staff in line with the College Development Plan and with Health and Safety Legislation. Training will be provided for these roles and there will be a requirement for each Senior technician to upskill in emerging technologies in the relevant area.
