Data And Evidence Support Officer

Capital Projects Manager
JOB PURPOSE: The post holder will oversee the delivery of the Council Capital Programme, be the lead Corporate Project Officer on major strategic capital projects and manage a team of Corporate Project Officers to ensure effective project management which meets the highest standards delivering in a timely manner whilst meeting financial and budgetary targets and managing and mitigating project risks The post holder will work in collaboration and partnership with other Council Directorates, Senior Responsible Owners, Project Managers design teams, contractors and external stakeholders to advance the development and delivery of Council’s Capital Programme and Action plan leading on professional innovation and creative solutions to improve value for money in procurement and project delivery.
