Job Role We’re recruiting an Engagement & Marketing Coordinator to join our amazing team in this brand-new role! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to deliver advanced campaigns and help manage a regional programme of marketing delivery. In this role you’ll work closely with the Integration and Marketing teams to develop relationships with new and existing organisations, who can become sources of referrals for our Pioneer programme in the Southwest of England to maximise opportunities for collaborative working with community-based services to engage potential participants and achieve contractual referral/programme start targets. There will be a particular emphasis on developing a high volume of inspirational case studies and engaging content (to include webinars, podcasts, videos and community broadcasts) that showcases the impact that our services have on our customers lives. Our successful candidate will collect and present national, regional and local statistical information about the labour market, among other relevant information, to help inform the choices people make when seeking work and associated learning to achieve their career ambitions. You’ll interact with a wide range of people from all different backgrounds, so it would be an advantageous to have direct experience working with customers on large-scale contracts, and also experience helping them to tell their stories. Job Role Join our team in this new and exciting role of Youth Wellbeing Coach. The aim of this role is to help to improve the health of participants between the ages of 15 to 24 who are seeking employment. You’ll develop and implement health specific action plans, identifying and utilising evidence-based interventions to support the achievement of job goals that are suited to the participants mental and physical health needs, promoting the value of work for health & well-being, helping to build confidence and the practical and emotional skills to adapt to a working routine. You’ll address the barriers with tailored support for each participant to achieve and sustain good employment, including providing the skills and techniques to cope with life events and challenges and manage their emotional and physical wellbeing, restoring self-confidence for work. You’ll deliver a range of health specific programmes within scope of practice to support participants with their health management including Managing Anxiety, Stress Management, Pain Management, and various weekly sessions. Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing motivational support to build positive relationships, guide, inspire, challenge, encourage and increase capacity to apply for and engage in sustainable employment. Behaviour Therapist
Role: Behaviour Therapist - Locum Location: Monasterevin, Co. Kildare Tenure: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) - 78 hours per fortnight The successful candidate will become a key member of an evolving psychological services team led by the Principal Psychology Manager. The post will involve close collaborative working with the Senior Psychologist. The post holder will contribute to developing interdisciplinary supports for people in receipt of services from the clinical supports team in Kildare. The post holder will provide psychological supports to a broad range of individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism and mental health concerns. The office base is Monasterevin. The person appointed will work as part of the psychology team, and in close collaboration with other clinicians, in providing assessment, formulation and multi-component behaviour supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and Autistic adults with high support needs. Although the post is for normal office hours, the successful candidate will be committed to a high degree of flexibility. The Muiriosa Foundation promotes a human rights-based approach. Behaviour Therapists develop evidence-informed, and values led, interventions collaboratively with the person supported under the supervision of Senior Psychologists.
